Shipping and Policies

GUARANTEE: We appreciate your support and want you to be happy with your purchase. We guarantee your dahlia tubers will be true to the variety and will arrive in the mail with at least one visible eye. Please inspect your tubers upon arrival and contact us at camelotflowerplot@gmail.com within 1 week of your order arriving if you have any concerns. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will work with you to make it right. Please understand we cannot be responsible for damage due to pests, bad weather, poor growing conditions, negligence, or plant performance. All dahlias sold by us were grown on our farm and will be shipped as either single tubers or small clumps. Although we cannot guarantee the dahlia to be free of disease and/or virus, we meticulously inspect our fields and remove any plants that show signs of disease and/or virus. We also follow strict tool cleaning procedures to avoid any possibility of cross contamination.

DAHLIA TUBER SHIPPING: We only ship within the USA and all orders will be shipped using USPS priority mail. Tubers will ship between late April and mid-May once freezing temperatures are clear in our region and yours. The cost of shipping is outlined below. We will be offering combined shipping for multiple orders. We will also offer a “local pick up” option and will directly communicate pick up days/times.

1 to 4 tubers = $11.00

5 to 15 tubers = $17.00

16 to 30 tubers = $24.00

Any orders over 30 tubers = $30.00

CART: An item placed in your cart does not mean that item is reserved. Your order is only confirmed once you checkout and receive an order confirmation number and email. Please be aware that if you are trying to purchase many different varieties some may sell out before you are able to checkout. We understand how frustrating and disappointing this can be, we've also been in the fight for dahlias for years now. Please remember we are just two farmers who have this little flower farm and are trying to run a small business and we wish we had thousands of each variety to offer. 

Substitutions: We will never substitute without your permission. If something unexpected occurs with storage and we are unable to ship some or all of your order, we will reach out to you and offer a substitution or a refund for the tuber(s) that we are unable to ship.

Order Changes: We do not allow order changes or cancelations once your order is placed. You may place another order and we will combine shipping as long as we have not packaged and shipped your original order.

When my order arrives: When you receive your package, please open and inspect immediately. If you are not ready to plant your tubers, store them in a frost/freeze proof location with the bag open so they can breathe. Again, please inspect your tubers upon arrival and contact us within 1wk if you have any concerns. Tubers come in many shapes and sizes and varies greatly. A tuber the size of a AA battery will grow just as well as a tuber the size of a giant Idaho potato. You will receive a basic Dahlia Growing/Care Guide with your order to assist you in growing and caring for your dahlias.
